The Bachelor thesis contains two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part of thesis is deal with brief history of prostitution, it’s developement as in europian measure so as in the territory of present land of Czech Republic, also deal with current situation of legally-taxation treatment. The practical part of thesis is focus on comparation of mention threatment with another europian countries and at the same time suggest how the new threatment can look like or how the old one might be innovated.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with taxation of prostitution incomes in the Czech Republic. It deals especially with the matter of incorporate activity of prostitution into corresponding legal regulations, in order to tax prostituon incomes in our economic conditions. The main outcome of this thesis will be proposal of the law according to which the prostitution should be taxed with the natural person income tax.
Life career of sexual workers

In my diploma thesis I focus on women who work in the sex business and their careers. The aim of the work is to present relevant theories and current knowledge about the life careers of sex workers, expanded by my own research. The work is dividing sex business according to the place of provisioning of services as well as according to the trends of this profession in our country and abroad. It describes present social and health risks in the historical perspective, career in the sex business, motivation to do such a job, and also mentioning an organization that works with women from the sex business. The work concerns only women who provide sexual services for a fee and are over 18 years of age. In my work I focus on biographies of women who provide paid sexual services from their point of view, and how they view their lives. I also adapted a selected sample of respondents to this work and addressed both existing clients of ROZKOŠ bez RIZIKA, z. s., including those who no longer work in the sex business. I used the method of structured interviews, through which it was possible to get a basic picture of the interviewee's family, personal and work situation. Comparison of the Approach to Human Trafficking for the Purpose of Sexual Exploitation in the Czech and Slovak Republics

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of sex trafficking in the Czech and Slovak Republics from the division of Czechoslovakia to the present. The aim of the thesis is to compare the development of both republics in the fight against this crime and emphasize the differences in their approaches to this issue. The thesis analyzes the main actors dealing with sex trafficking in both republics, namely the state sector and the non-profit sector. It examines how the policy regarding human trafficking operates in these republics and the level of cooperation between the non-profit sector and the state sector. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the theory of comparison and various comparative approaches used to compare both republics. It also addresses problematic factors that may influence the results of the comparison. The practical part of the thesis employs a mixed-method approach and gathers data through semi-structured interviews with experts on the subject. The research has shown that there are significant differences between the two republics. Prostitution Policy in the Czech Republic: Agenda setting

This master's thesis focuses on understanding the process of prostitution policy-making in the Czech Republic using agenda-setting theory in relation to the basics of prostitution policy in the country. The Czech Republic is one of the countries that do not have its legislation, therefore the thesis also describes and explains the situation that has preceded the proposals for the regulation of prostitution. The research is based on secondary data in the form of public policy documents, academic publications, or media reports in connection with the agenda-setting of prostitution policy in the Czech Republic from 2000 to 2019. The thesis focuses on three time periods, which match the legislative attempts to regulate prostitution. This is based on the conceptual scheme of the thesis, which includes components of the formation and subsequent agenda-setting. Finally, it focuses on the overall explanation through the model of "The four 'P's". The text relies on the public policy frameworks described in the theoretical section. It presents the agenda-setting of prostitution policy in the Czech Republic between 2000 and 2019, which was not successful and had no spillover to the next phase of the policy process.

Practical bachelor thesis Red steady go - story about prostitute Tereza uses the form of a broadcast documentary, which aims to capture and show the story comprehensively in the different roles of the respondent - as a prostitute, daughter, partner and an addict. The theoretical part defines the fundmental terms - the definition and first theoretical approach of prostitution, street, risk sex and gender. Furthermore divides the various forms of prostitution - street, private and club. The definition of the documentary form of the practical part, as well as a summary of the life of my respondent, is covered. Methodology of the work is described. Throughout the many levels of the character the audiodocumentary (practical part) seeks the reasons and experiences, that resulted in the present story of the respondent. The general level in the story is represented by a therapist and adictologist Ilona Preslová. Individual thematic parts are separeted by musical elements.

This bachelor thesis describes the work and the perception of the sex business in contemporary society. It is based on international theories, which have enriched the personal experience of the author. It interprets the terms used, describes the forms of the sex business and its current state in the Czech Republic. It also sheds light on the status of current legislation around the sex business and provides a list of support organizations that work with persons providing sexual services. It also defines the phenomena of the sex business and the risks that sex workers commonly encounter. The theoretical discourse contains a chapter that deals with the so-called "tipplezones," defined zones of tolerance; protected places for the provision of sexual services that occur outdoors. This thesis examines this phenomenon and explains the reasons for their creation and their subsequent demise abroad. The research section deals with the possibility of creating a safe protected place in the Czech Republic. The aim of the research was to map and evaluate the opinions of representatives of municipalities and towns in the Ústí nad Labem Region on the possible establishment of such a place.
Social work with prostitutes

The bachelor thesis focuses on approaching the specifics of social work with prostitutes from the perspective of a social worker. The work is divided into practical and theoretical part. The theoretical part focuses on a closer specification of the mentioned issue, by presenting the most common and most typical adverse phenomena that accompany prostitution. Also social work with prostitutes. The practical part of the bachelor thesis interprets the results of a qualitative research survey. The research survey took place in the form of semi-structured interviews with social workers from organizations that focus on the issue of prostitution in the Czech Republic. This section also includes a discussion of a qualitative research survey. The result of the survey is to find out what are the specifics of social work with prostitutes.

This diploma thesis "Child Poverty" deals with poverty of children. The first part introduces the issue of poverty, its existing definitions, its classification and its development around the world. The bachelor´s thesis draws upon Czech and primaliry foreign Internet resources and books, especially the statistics, annual reports and databases of international institutions. The theoretical part defines poverty conceptions, social exclusion and circle of poverty. Another analysis was made to find out the cause of the child labor and the sectors of the labor market which employ children the most. It also deals with prostitution and child soldiers. It highlights the importance of preventing poverty.
